When the next live DVD/album will be released?

No clue. If a new live DVD is being in production, it WILL be informed in the website. But it is highly unlikely the next live release will happen during the current tour - after all, there has been only one album released after the previous live DVD/album, For The Sake Of Revenge.

A new DVD is tentatively planned for 2009/2010 release, but it won't be a live DVD, it's a "history DVD" about the first decade of Sonata Arctica. The documentary film "Songs From The North Or Something" might be a part of this DVD.

What is this strange noise at the end of Good Enough Is Good Enough?

It is not a part of the song, but a common joke by the band to add something funny at the end of every album. In this case one can hear a person snoring (even if it doesn't sound like it).
Note: In the versions where Good Enough Is Good Enough isn't the last song, this 'joke' appears at the end of the album.

What is with this album called "Deliverance"?

It is a bootleg (piracy version)! Nothing official -> it's illegal. It wasn't released by the band nor will be released any time in the future. All the material on this 'album' can be found as B-sides on other official releases. Don't believe any rumours that are spreading in the internet if you don't have any official source (e.g. www.sonataarctica.info or www.nuclearblast.de).
